The weather was lovely, had very enjoyable stay in a love location. The reception was very friendly with efficient staff. The breakfast was included. The hotel had a central location and it was easy walk to a family run Art gallery.

The hotel had a central position adjacent to Bowness-on-Windermere and the centre of Windermere and local shops ect. Pizzeria Cafe Italia located 1.0 km away was a nice surprise.

No complains at all, THANK YOU for a good stay. The staff and food were beautiful, it overlooked marina. Room had a luxurious bathroom and balcony, TV set and terrace. It was based near a clean beach.
